Opening Day

The day has finally come.

It's opening day for The Franklin Force under new bearded management: Buddy Muhler, with AssCaps InjuryGraham and Mickowitz. The blog has been refreshed from its Orange Creamsicle paintjob, and the logo has moved on from its PBR inspired artwork. CCSL fans (all 3 of those guys who show up in lawn chairs and ridicule anyone in LF....and Bob Ford) are certainly abuzz with start of the new season.

After a few practices, and two scrimmage games against newcomers, Old City Pickle Pattys, (No one is going to refer to you by your voted on team name.) The Force start their season at home in Belmont. This means the game will start 30 minutes late, because everyone will get lost trying to find it, and then be suspended by darkness. The opponent: Bad Touch. It's always interesting whenever TFI and BTM square off. Close games, high scoring games, and games where the BTM pitcher can't reach home plate are all possible when these two teams get together.

The new look Force will be without their leading RBI sluggers/PBR abusers Former Management and Former Manager Memorial Manager Nick Ventrola. They escaped Cuba and have started their own Refugee team, assuming everyone survived the rickety raft trip made from the trinkets one collects during Clubedventure events.

This season promises to be an exciting one, or I will just blame it all on Wiggs.
