Upset????

Notes from around the league:
Collar pounded the Academy, but the biggest surprise was the P&P Softball Franchise of Philadelphia who ended their contest with the SPTR with a stunning 18-18 tie, suspended after 8 innings. Just silliness. This should be a huge wake up call to the Tap Room, but, most likely, will not be. Management would love nothing more than the deserved upset. Congrats to Al Heinle, however, for saving the embarrassing loss by getting the 2 out RBI to push the game to next time. Mark Nevins was 5-5 or so he told Management even though he didn't ask.
In other news, BTM (Bad Touch Museum h/t Bob Ford) pounded the Art Museum. This is another one of those you never know what you're gonna get games as the Collar had no problem with BTM earlier in the year. Guess it depends on how many of the 35 people show up. Looking like some parity around the league this year. Might have something to do with the salary cap that the Commish is thinking of instituting next year.

Reminder, we play Bishops Collar next Tuesday at Edgely 8. Phyllis has promised a round of shots should they lose. Donny Money has promised nudity. The Management will have to get super drunk for this game it seems.
