Notes around the league

Parity parity parity. New Commissioner Edward Wagner's (clubedventures.com, yes, the Management was paid handsomely for this endorsement) salary cap has really brought the league some much needed equality. So, for those who don't know, two of the 3 Tuesday games were completed in the rain begging the question of why all 3 were not completed? The Collar beat the Zoo by 2 runs in yet another barn burner by the Zoo who really seem to be hard luck losers. The Zoo has lost by 1 run to the Art Museum and 2 runs to the Collar. The Collar now have 3 wins and are poised to upset the Forcers. Their schedule does get harder from here. In the other game, the P&P Red Inks (worst name ever) beat the former 1st place Art Museum by 2 runs. This helps the P&P mightily as the Art Museum had just defeated the tap Room last week. Art Museum captain Ray Solis claimed to have a depleted squad that night so the Management will withhold judgement until next Tuesday when we collide with them. It should be noted, however, that the Art Museum is chomping at the bit to get another crack at us and several mentions of their playoff loss last year were mentioned.

Additionally, as has been noted, the Force will be depleted on Monday against the Academy of Natural Sciences. Please make every effort to make that game as we do not want to forfeit. For those Forces who have been splitting time with big turnouts, this is the perfect opportunity to play an entire game in the field.

Updated scores and standing can be found on the P&P blog because as Captain Bob Ford has noted, we are a lesser blog. The Management blames the schools....and Tim Marino. We also blame Phyllis Demo for not supplying nude photos to increase blog traffic. This applies to Mark Nevins as well.

  1. I might be able to ask my college friends for those missing spring break topless wet t-shirt contest photos. First place! In 1988. Now I need a willing (or unwilling) photographer and maybe a body double. Not sure how much traffic that would generate...

  2. We have a large collection of willing photographers, many of whom will do it pro bono. And where are said college friends now? Did Donny scare them off? Who was second place and how did she handle the disappointment? Probably had a one-nighter with Nick. That's usually how sad women cope.
