Excuse me while I show my nerdiness for a moment: That picture is the gatekeeper from Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. That character/scene doesn't exist in the theatrical version, only in the DVD extended edition. So, either Tim is a big nerd, too, or he just Google image searched for "mouth" and came up with the ugliest picture he could find.
